The Hidden Flower

She is a beautiful flower hidden away.
Lost in the dark, afraid of the day
Scared to bloom & show the beauty within,
All because of another's sin.

That horrible sin that stripped away her confidence & caused her shame,
Turning a life of beauty & happiness into pain.
If only she could see the light , that light from above,
Of a caring, heavenly Father who wants to give eternal love.
Who looks deep within her soul & sees the beauty within,
Then all the hurt & shame would be washed away & only peace would remain
And the beautiful flower would blossom once again
As she walks hand in hand with Jesus her dearest friend.
